Dermal Fillers

Having dermal fillers can give your skin the care and love it deserves in order to appear naturally youthful, glowing and rejuvenated.

We use several leading filler brands at the practice to address the varying skin concerns each of our unique clients is looking to improve.

Vitality, youth and self-esteem restored

Our hyaluronic acid fillers are carefully administered by a professional dentist. Our clients love dermal fillers for many different reasons:

  • Simple and speedy non-surgical alternative.
  • The results are instant.
  • No downtime is required.
  • Complements wrinkle correction treatment.
  • Natural-looking results centred around ‘enhancement’ as opposed to ‘modification’.

Targeted treatment areas with dermal fillers

Every facial aesthetic treatment is preceded by a consultation. We will speak to you about the view you have of your skin and what you wish to address. Clients can address concerns such as:

Wrinkles and lines
Fill in lines and wrinkles to give your skin a youthful and even texture.

Sculpting
Specific areas of the face and facial features can be contoured and re-defined, such as the cheek, lips, nose and under-eye areas.

Adding volume
Sagging skin that has lost elasticity can be toned and tightened. Adding volume can combat dark circles under the eyes and provide a ‘lifting’ effect at other sites across the face.

Preventative treatment
Dermal fillers aren’t just for existing skin concerns – they can also prevent skin from ageing prematurely. Treatment has been proven to increase collagen levels in the long term, even after the filler has been metabolised.

FAQs

1. How long do dermal filler results last?

The results can last between 4 and 9 months. With regular rolling treatment, the results will last a little longer each time.

2. How natural are the results?

At Pro Hygienist, we’re advocates of ‘less is more’, especially for your first dermal fillers treatment session. We always look to create a result that embellishes the most attractive qualities of your skin’s anatomy and the beauty of your facial features.

3. What is hyaluronic acid?

Hyaluronic acid is the main component of dermal fillers. But did you know it’s actually a substance the body produces all on its own?

During our youth (pre-30s!), the body creates abundant amounts, and as a humectant, it’s responsible for drawing moisture into the skin. This keeps it young, plump, and fresh-looking.

Dermal fillers replace the lost hyaluronic acid, making the treatment method a more natural alternative to going under the knife.
